We're looking for someone who's passionate about delivering excellent customer service, as you'll be providing support to scheme members and tenants. You need to be highly organised have the ability to communicate clearly and precisely as you'll be responding to all Agent, Landlord, Tenant and Interested Parties via telephone, post and email within our key performance indicators and scheme rules.
You'll be responsible for processing outgoing payments by BACS, overseas and cheque and chasing members and tenants for correct bank details, so you'll need to have an excellent eye for detail.
