As you'll be visiting clients and insurers, you'll need to have excellent inter-personal and telephone skills as well as the ability to communicate clearly and precisely with others.
You'll need to be highly organised as you'll be maintaining in-house diary systems and ensuring that your knowledge of industry news and developments are current.
