Customer Service Support

What we're looking for:

We’re looking for someone with experience in an administrative or customer service role to join our mydeposits Customer Service team.  You’ll need excellent attention to detail as you’ll be processing membership applications and deposit protections.

As Customer Service Support, you’ll be responding to customer emails and social media queries as well as supporting the call handlers with phone and live chat queries, so the ability to communicate clearly and precisely is a must. You'll be a natural at working in a team, cooperating with others, and building effective working relationships.

You’ll also need to be flexible as the role involves working a shift pattern of either 8:00am to5:00pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Some of the things you'll get up to:

  • Managing customer documentation accurately and within set timescales
  • Responding to customer queries and requests on social media and live chat
  • Assisting with promotions between mydeposits and other companies within the HFIS group
  • Providing additional support to the Customer Services team including answering calls and assisting on live chat

We'd like you to have:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Great organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to different tasks at short notice and take initiative
  • Enthusiasm to learn new skills
  • Team working
  • A sound level of written and verbal communication along with good numerical skills
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
